scanning IDs for ASR packages is a pain in the ass.

This week at my station we started using that feature for ASR packages scanning the IDs of customers and let me tell you that is causing alot of bullshit. Iv literally had customers get mad and decline to show me there id to scan and managers are receiving complaints every day. Literally every driver is bringing back these packages because people are declining to show us there IDs and allowing us to scan them. Idk why it's such a big deal for customers to just let us scan there ID and go.
