Station in Socal losing drivers. Any other stations losing drivers?

This past week 5 drivers have quit and the past 2 weeks another 5 to 10 drivers have quit. Seems like some are switching to UPS with that new contract they got and I don't blame them. Rumors are going around about a raise but even if they do give us a raise I don't think it will do anything to keep drivers and handlers. Anyone think there's any chance of corporate waking tf up and giving us a decent raise??
