No package handlers at my station!!!...

Express here in LA CA. My station barely has 4 package handlers for both am and pm. It's frustrating cus there making us drivers especially swings to come in early to help out with the sort. Hours are hard to come by but it gets tiring coming in early to help out with the sort. When management was asked about hiring package handlers all they said was we are not hiring as of now. Express can't keep package handlers cus its a shit job with the shit pay. Any other stations dealing with package handler shortages?
