Making the switch to UPS.
Post Body

Well barely 3 years into express and it has been a good ride considering I came from the food industry. Pay was okay better than my old job and now that I saw an opening at UPS why not give it a shot. Interview went great and now I'm starting orientation and driving course soon. Fedex was great and all but it did have its good and bad like every job does. Iv heard and seen that UPS drivers make more than fedex drivers and im sure UPS has its good and bad things as well. Met alot of nice people at fedex and bounced around since I was a swing. E-star was definitely something that ruined express and I hope they work on it for the good of all these drivers and hopefully corporate does a better job of taking care of its employees. I wish everybody in express the best..
