I just got my quarterly training report and I had unsatisfactory performance.

I’m scared I might lose my job. This was my first time i’ve had unsatisfactory. I think I have 2-3 more reports of these before i’m suppose to get out of training. What is the likelyhood I might get fired??
I’ve had a couple of personal problems which makes me not be in the moment at my job. I really try to perform and be at the level they want me but it’s difficult. I go to therapy for help.
What are my options if it does come to the situation i’m being fired?
