What do say to get to a representative on the phone?

I have to call them once every few weeks for international shipments, and every time it takes about 10 minutes of rolling the dice with what I tell them to get a representative of any kind. It’s honestly the most annoying shit. Once I can get (any) representative it’s fine since they transfer me to what I need fairly quickly, but getting there is the biggest hurdle. For those that do this often, what do you say to circumvent this problem?
