Delivery issues with literally every package via FedEx

I live at a weird address, and I know I do, and it is causing a problem with FedEx more than any other carrier. I'm not sure how to deal with the issue?

Before I get jumped on for Karen'ing, please know even talking to someone on the phone gives me anxiety, so I'm really not trying to be one 😭

Some details: my address is fairly unique, and can be hard for parcel delivery to find. I live in an apartment that is attached to a business but not a part of the business, and it is my "neighbor" address (think 999 North Bob Street versus 999 1/2 North Bob Street). My door, however, (the only way in or out of my apartment) does NOT face 999 North Bob Street though - it faces the road BEHIND the building (we will call that Joe Street). Joe Street is where ALL of the businesses and apartments accept deliveries, including from FedEx.

Please keep in mind, this is my legal address. The number is on my door, which despite being up stairs is visible from the street. The other apartments on my street are the same way.

So... The issue is that FedEx exclusively tries to deliver to the North Bob Street side and to my neighbor business, that is completely closed because of the Big C-O-V. Every time - and I do mean EVERY SINGLE TIME - I have a package that ends up through FedEx when I use Walmart or Amazon online (I don't always have control over carrier), this dude tries the business. I inevitably have to watch the tracking, wait for it to say an attempt was made and "Business is Closed", then I have to call customer support and ask them to put a note that, as always, my place is NOT the business. He doesn't even leave a door tag anymore.

I am at peak frustration at having to call three times this past week. Obviously I can't be sure that it is the same person every time, but it seems to be an issue with the person, as well as the address for sure. I don't know if it is how you all see it on your navigation, or what the issue is, but I would love to know how to actually FIX the problem.

Can I have them adjust the address on the GPS? Is there something I should be doing to get this solved besides calling customer care? I've tried catching the driver while the are attempting delivery, but they like... Pull up, mark it as closed, and shoot off.

I don't want to risk anyone's job, or hurt anyone's income especially with things like they are right now. I just want my packages without having to play sometimes 2 or 3 days of phone tag 😕
