My package has been sitting in Swatara, PA on its way to NJ for 36 hours now with no update. My original delivery date was Thursday, now switched to pending with no delivery date. Customer service has no answers for me and the “escalation” supervisor is never in office. I live in NJ and after doing my research I found out that no fed ex facilities between PA and NJ were closed due to weather so “weather delay” is a bs reason. If I can get to work and target has tons of shoppers, why would my package just be stuck for 36 hours now with no update?
