Hey guys, any other BC’s here have any times to get your guys a little more serious about safety?

We’ve had a pretty bad year for incidents and I’m having a tough time figuring out how to improve things. It seems like we can have our safety meetings and discuss what to and what not to do but as soon as the drivers are on the road, they straight up don’t pay as much attention and make dumb moves. We’re trying not to fire people to avoid paying unemployment but I’m just not sure what else to do at this point.
