i accidentally sent my package to the wrong address, and it’s an address that doesn’t exist. the package says it was delivered and all i got was this lousy picture that doesn’t tell me anything. how do i go about this?

That’s because FedEx uses GroundCloud which is our delivery app. It is by far the worst thing ever created. For rural areas it’ll basically just guess where the house is in proximity and then give you a random pin. If you want your house delivered to properly pleaseee put up your address on your mailbox on your lawn on your home anywhere in sight with arrows the most frustrating thing about this job is guessing where a house is and the customer not picking up the phone
