Customer/shipper at fault not FedEx

Was supposed to receive a package recently. Neither seller nor fedex ever told me it needs a signature. 2 door tags saying we missed you never had the sign here box checked. I even went online, checked the tracking and “pre-signed” in case it was actually required.

Didn’t matter, they made a “final attempt” and then decided the best course of action was to return to the seller. Didn’t hold it for pickup or anything. NOW the tracking says it needs a signature. One I already provided.

I’ll fill you in, FedEx employees never fill out those door tags only UPS because they get paid big bucks to do their job correctly. Next time just sign the door tag for indirect release and you’ll get the package they’ll fill out the tag when they get back to the warehouse or just hand it to their manager’s.
