For over a week the driver has failed to deliver an important package, an e-bike. I have no car and need that bike. I have spent $41 on uber rides. My neighbor saw the van stop two doors from my home, then drive off - twice. The "final" delivery attempt was the same, and I expected the item to be automatically held at FedEx Ground. No, it's been scheduled for a fourth delivery on Monday.
My question is will FedEx reimburse me for the Uber fares I have spent because of these failures?
Edit: Had to collect the package myself from FedEX Ground facility.
