Yall im confused

I had a package arriving at a hold location today. And I got the text saying it was ready for pickup about 1-2 hours ago. I went in to get it and they said they didn’t get it and that it’s out for delivery. and fed ex said they delivered it. They checked by tracking number, last name, etc. I have two last names not hyphenated so is it possible they got that confused or something?
