What size should I get this hoodie???

Iām 6ā2 around 230 pounds and usually wear 2XL for most things as I like a baggier fit but I can also fit in XL in certain brands. Any help on what sizing I should get?

FOG pullover hoodies fit and feel best TTS for me, Iām and XL liked the XL FOG pullover hoodie vs the LRG I got much better. slight relaxed fit but the smaller size down was too cropped and too short of sleeves for me. The zip up hoodie they have thought runs relaxed and oversized and I would def size down in that.
