If I am correct, Termina does not have Greater Blight or anything resembling them - sure, the game has it's own unique stuff, and we love that, but I always thought that random blind dino-gods in the Void after you ascend was metal af, and was kinda bumped that nothing was done with them in the sequel (though, it makes sense, given the plot)

But I gotta wonder, will they be dropped in the future, or will we see the fleshy scalies in the future? People are talking about God of Fear and Hunger vs All-Mer and there is Rher and also Sulfur and all, as well as Kaiser scurrying around I guess, but what if the plot of the next game gets uprooted by Greater Blights? I believe it was mentioned that they are "prehistoric alternatives to New Gods" - what if they are another branch of humans outside of homosapien, who, perhaps, instead of merging, did something different (something like eating them, perhaps? primal brain?) with the Old Gods. They could be manifestations of nuclear weaponry too, as the game (possibly) moves into the modern age; hell, given them radiation damage, lol
