I plan on doing a Cahara cosplay at a local con, anybody have any ideas for it?

Never really made a cosplay before, so I’m wondering if y’all have ideas for certain parts of it. My main concerns are his vest, the cloth thing he hangs around his waist, and maybe the wig. But if y’all have any other ideas, I’d definitely like to hear them!
