What I have now is a form that must be sent out in either PDF or DOC format. The form is filled with multiple boxes and most answers are going to be in text form rather than multiple choice. I'm having trouble achieving two things

• To make the size of the box being filled out in a PDF version expand with the text. As is, it currently shrinks the size of the text to fit the box making it essentially unusable
• To generate additional boxes with a button or check or something. Essentially there are multiple tables and I need one table in the form to be reproduced multiple times depending on the number of entries on the form and the number of tables should be able to be set by the form user on demand.

If someone can tell me how to make this that would be hugely appreciated as I'm thoroughly spent trying to make this work. I've tried for two days. I could also send the file of what has been done so far to anybody who requests it if that makes it easier.
