34, female, 5'4, 175lbs, white; taking levothyroxine .25mcg for hypothyroidism (also have Hashimotos) zoloft 150mg, wellbutrin 75mg, clonozepam .5mg for anxiety, depression, ocd; brief history of fatty liver. Drink 1 to 3 drinks a week. Non-smoker. Non-drug user.
I haven't heard from my doctor yet after she ran a blood test for a comprehensive metabolic panel. I was told I had fatty liver ~2 years ago after an abdominal ultrasound (doctor never elaborated if it was NAFL or what and I never asked because I was unaware of that at the time) because my ALT and AST were elevated.
My AST is 40 IU/L (apparently within range according to the lab) but based on dr. google, the normal range for women is 9 to 32 units/L in which may indicate reduced liver function. My ALT is slightly elevated at 37 IU/L.
Here is a screenshot of my ALT and AST trends from the COMPREHENSIVE METABOLIC PANEL. As a side note, the only other out of range marker was my Carbon Dioxide level which was 19 mmol/l. Can someone please provide some input?
