So back in 2020 i got laid off bc of covid and my wife at the time was working and i was doing some home work/yard work and watching the kids. One day she comes home for lunch and im outside working and she is fixing our 2 kids lunch then goes back to work. I come in shortly after she leaves to check on the kids they had ran to their rooms and started playing it was A hot July day so i decided to call it a day and come in and was going to watch a movie, sitting down in my recliner my 4 year old daughter tells me she is tired from the other room. I tell her to go lay down and ill come in and tuck her in for a nap in a few. So i mess around on my phone for a few more min and i go in to tuck her in and on my way to her room my 6yr old son comes out of his room and he looks messed up like he is on something and the only thing i had was some thc edibles in the top of the fridge that looked like reese cups so i ran to the fridge and looked and the pack was empty i immediately started questioning them and they both pointed at eachother so i got them a big glass of water and i told them to both go lay down. I was concerned about my daughter being 4 so i layed next to her so if she started getting sick or anything i could help her. We both ended up going to sleep, while my xwife was at work she had been trying to get ahold of me but my phone was in the kitchen so when she gets home she finds us all in the rooms i was still asleep and she came in and grabbed the kids and took them to the hospital and left me asleep. She ran the the hospital and told them i fed them to the kids and that i was threatening to kill her although i was sleeping at my home. Soon after xwife reached the hospital my sister had stopped by because xwife called my mother to ask her what she should do before she arrived at the hospital, She told her to go wake me up and ask myself (dad) what was going on she instead went ahead to the hospital told them i was armed and dangerous and i had threatened to kill her and fed our children edibles. So when my sister got to the house she came in and woke me up and told me what was going on so i jumped in the car and rushed to the hospital to be greeted at the door by 2 police officers and was arrested at that point and take to jail for 2 charges of aggravated battery and 2 child endangerment charges. I sat in jail for 3 days waiting on bond which was set to 30,000 when i got out i was notified that i was not allowed to go to the house that i had bought and was paying for i had a zero contact court order from the judge. So all my belongings heirlooms everything i could not go get bc they kept me from getting it. I hired a lawyer and she did absolutely nothing for me so i fired her and got another lawyer who was playing candy crush in my court hearing. I ended up getting pushed around and told what was going to happen. She had painted me such a monster to the whole court system and the whole town i never had a chance.

Is there anything i can do at all? The system in Perry county Illinois seems just so corrupt. I never once felt i had any rights at all. If anyone reads this and can help in any way possible myself and my whole family would greatly appreciate it.
