I am having a 10 month child that is in sleep regression. But I found out that rocking g the child at this age is not good (according to internet searches). That say that she should learn to self soothing around 6 months of age.
Me and my partner are having parental guilt. It is because there are a thousand voices on the web saying everything we both have done was wrong. That some if things we do like rocking her to sleep is wrong. And also feeding her just before sleep to make sure she has a full belly.
I would like to know what would help with the child to learn to self soothe themselves. What did you as fathers with or without your spouse/partner did to teach your child?
