Is anyone else confused on how strong heroic spirits are.

From what I’ve seen there’s two ways of scaling them. In the weaker version they are at most 60 times stronger then the average human if they have an ex rank strength. Or they are almost omnipotent and even the weaker heroic spirits are able to make Goku they’re bitch.

Personally I prefer the weaker version since it seems like it makes a lot more sense especially since grail wars only take place in a single city and I feel like servants really don’t need to be on par with Vergil from DMC.

But I’d like to know what you guys think.
