How should repeat rule breakers be handled?

To Review:

2b Your pictures and your appearance must be decent quality. Not ever topless or naked picture of you is a fit for fat_topless_bbw_cows and low production values or low quality of model (you) aesthetics may lead to enforcement of this rule

1. BBWs who post here are admitting that they are a fat cow and you may comment as such
