This happened a few years ago when I was a shift lead at Shane’s Rib Shack. I had one coworker who just did not like me and the lead cook for whatever reason. We hardly talked to this guy but he just did not like us. This location we had just opened up and the coworker was changing the fryer oil, he had been taught how to do it properly. For some god awful reason he filled the fry filter up then laid the hose across the top of the filter, turned the filter on and just let oil go all over the place and instead of switching the filter off to stop even more oil going every where he just kept staring at me and the oil going everywhere. It was a ridiculous mess and he didn’t receive any disciplinary action because he said “he didn’t know that would happen”
