Docker compose + fastapi + traefik + graffana/prometheus

I’m learning docker and I was able to containerise my fastapi application then using YouTube tutorial I was able to add traefik now the only major huddle for me is monitoring I want to be able to see my api health I want to see which service is down I want to see how many requests were made and have a whole dashboard

From browsing around I can see that graffana and Prometheus but the problem is there is no simple tutorial at all

Can anyone teach me how to use graffana and Prometheus using the most simple example
