Communication for the most part was good. Everyone from kickwho that contacted me spoke good English and were very respectful. I appreciate kindness and kickwho went above my expectations for how they treated me as a customer. The only issue I had was with their chat on the site. There was one point where I asked a question and didn't hear back from it ever which is why there is a .5 point ding. But overall, stellar job

Service: 9/10

Not much to say here because the only complaint I had was the amount of time it took to receive QC (3 days). To be completely honest it's not that long of a wait, but if it was one or two days I would have given this a 10/10

Quality/1:1 9.8/10

The only REAL difference I can spot between this and retail is that the brown is a shade darker than retail as far as I know. But GOD DAMN these are high quality. The leather is like butter and the suede, though it is short hair suede, has a premium feel to it as well. The only issue I had with the quality on these is that there are small weird looking stains on the shoe that are barely noticeable but I would've preferred the shoes without them. The actual build of these seems sturdy and durable which I appreciate due to such a high price

Bang for your buck: 8/10

These are expensive ass reps. I am upset with the trend of higher prices, but at the same time I'm sure the amount of RL'd sneakers and the precision of making them 1:1 is costly. I just wish they were less expensive. If I were a bit dumber I would've believed these to be retail straight away.

I really expected a faster delivery, but that's just the way it goes. At the end of the day I'm happy with the shoes so I guess that's all that matters!
