Farmer jobs should be reworked entirely, instead of it it being an assignable job it should exist as a third category like laboror or builder. So the pool of workers gets assigned from the laboror category. Hence come winter or when fields are fallow the pool of farmers become laborors at their own discretion. Upvote if you agree!
The current microing on farms is intense enough to say the least. Also, would like to know how much distance is something like 80meters in game, thanks.
We also need another metric in our employment UI to indicate how many of our workers are spending idle and what times of the year are highest. Though im sure the devs are surely working on this part.
