Laminitis Radiographs
Post Body

Hi All --

My horse was uncomfortable after pulling shoes, so I suspected it was actually laminitis. Vet said that we caught it early. He's currently in boots and on stall rest.

  1. What is the farrier's role in getting my horse comfortable and back in work? Do they work with the vet to come up with a plan?
  2. What would the trimming schedule be?
  3. Is the way the show trimmed different now?
  4. Any concerns with the radiographs?
  5. This is an update to previous threads:
