Why did Malvo do that? His wife was so hot, he was working on this identity for a while, and I don’t think there was any real risk that the Lester confrontation would’ve made those three doubt him…

Why not just tell him to fuck off, and go on with his day w his wife and the other couple? Maybe later malvo could surprise Lester and kill him. I understand malvo likes chaos but this was too much risk especially with the cameras.

Lester’s behavior was dumb but made sense, although I don’t know what he thought he’d get out of the interaction. It was smart of him to run out of the elevator bc malvo would have definitely killed him.
