Iāve been doing some training lately, and I decided to add in some physical exercises this time. Iāll be doing the regime once a day, with a minimum of 3 days and 10 of each exercise. If any of the options don't hit the minimum, I'll add 5 votes for that option. All training will be done with a metal butt plug inserted in my ass.
If the numbers become too large to finish in one set, Iāll do them over multiple sets, but the butt plug remains inserted until Iāve finished the training for the day.
For my ābutt trainingā, Iāll have to keep my butt plug inserted for a minute per vote. The exercise for the day will be completed during this butt plugged duration.
If youāve got any suggestions to improve my training, drop them in the comments and Iāll include them the next round.
Results: 7 days of training
15 pushups, 25 sit-ups (penalty 5 votes for not hitting minimum), 50 squats, 25min of butt plug time
Day 1 (17 Jul): A rather tiring start. Didn't help that I had to do a few trial runs to get the camera angle right, so it was pretty tough to push through the sit-ups and squats. Plugged from 11.45pm to 12.10pm.
Update: Strained my thighs quite badly so Iāll be taking a few days break
