Some examples:
Edging - Edge for 2min, rest 1min, edge for 2min.
Pain - Slap your pussy/balls for 50 times.
Humiliation - Hold a kneeling downward dog yoga position while repeatedly saying "Please fuck me".
Exposure - Flash yourself at the window. If it's in the day, wave your arms outside the window, and if it's at night, shine a torchlight out of the window to attract attention.
Pee - The next time you pee, hold a mouthful of pee in your mouth for 3min. You can either then swallow it, or hold it for another 2min before spitting it out.
