Hey! I posted on here two days ago asking for help with setting up rules for my life and while I havent been following them long yet, I wanted to give you guys a quick update on how its going so far. I am also still very much open to new suggestions and chats, so if you are interested or have ideas, do let me know!

It definitely takes some getting used to and I do have to look at my post from time to time to remember all the rules but most of them arent too hard to remember.

First thing I did yesterday morning was putting all my underwear in a box and moving that to the cellar. Im still deciding what to do with it, for now I think Ill just keep it in the box. I stayed naked at home, so it wasnt too strange to not wear underwear, it did feel weird when I was out at the grocery store though and my pants were rubbing against my bare pussy and ass. I know I am supposed to wear more skirts, but thats something thats gonna come in time, I have to go clothes shopping for that first since I barely ever wore skirts before. Walking in high heels is also something I am not entirely used to, and it feels weird to wear those to the store when I usually just went with sneakers for comfort. It might have been my imagination too, but I feel like I got a lot more looks on my breasts and cleavage, both from the low cut shirt I wore and because I wasnt wearing a bra, so they were naturally moving around more obviously. That also feels a bit strange paired with the hijab I wear outside, with that covering me up but my tits almost exposed at the same time.

I set up a reminder for every two hours on my phone to remind me to edge, so far I was at home each time that happened but it still interrupted work sometimes. I also decided that I'd make an exception for 2AM and 4AM to give me at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep, but falling asleep so horny right after an edge at midnight is still difficult.

I didnt always remember, but I did try my best to sit with my legs apart, that is gonna be a lot more exciting when Im wearing skirts without anything underneath and I am in public though, at my desk its not like anyone could see, but I am trying to make it a habit. Being naked with my blinds open also has me feeling fairly exposed, but I havent noticed anyone looking at me, some neighbours could see me though.

The porn regiment also takes up quite a bit of time, but I was often scrolling through tiktok in bed, both in the morning and at night, so I just replaced that with 30 minutes of porn and have another two hours throughout the day.
