To help me stay denied longer and reduce my porn usage, I've decided to set myself some strict rules. Every rule followed will result in a point (though I'm unsure what my reward could be for hitting a certain number of points per week), and each rule broken will result in a punishment (again, unsure what those would be).

The rules will be as followed:

• I am not allowed to touch my cock or cunt at all aside from cleaning. Cleaning must be done as quick as possible with no direct skin to skin contact.

• At the start of each week, I am to use a number generator from 1-7 to decide which day of the week I am allowed to spend an hour watching porn. I am only allowed to watch one hour on that day of the week. - At least 15 minutes of said hour must be spent watching other people orgasm. - At least 15 minutes of said hour must be spent with my plug in my ass. - At least 15 minutes of said hour must be spent with my plug in my mouth. - I am allowed to touch any part of my body apart from my genitals during this hour.

• I must stand/sit/lay with my legs apart whenever possible. This is to prevent any unnecessary stimulation.

•I am only allowed to wear loose underwear/pants. This is to prevent any unnecessary stimulation.

• I must play with my nipples whenever possible.

• I must spend at least 5 minutes a day sucking my dildo.

• At the end of the week I will make a reddit post stating how many points I earned during that week and how many punishments I deserved. The points stated will include the point from this rule.
