Working in a public shared work area today, and thought I could use some extra pain to keep me awake (or maybe writhing in pain as a break from work). I have my own desk and itās relatively low traffic, but there are other users in the space. Nipple clamping will be done with small office binder clips (ouch!) and done discreetly under my shirt.
You can either let me suffer now while Iām working, or later tonight for a bit more time. Nipple stretching will be done in the restroom, where I pull the clips up and down in opposite directions. Each up-down movement is one rep.
Will be checking the poll once in a while for the next few hours. Incomplete clamping after 5pm will be converted to the 1min at home option, any votes outstanding before that is 2min at home as a penalty.

Updates
2.57pm: Started clamping and itās the pain is excruciating and overwhelming. My shoulders are hunched up from the pain and all my concentration is used on typing this update and trying not to seem too obvious. It hurts so bad and I really hope the time will pass quickly!!
3.01pm: Heaved a huge sigh of relief now that the 3min 30sec has passed. Time seemed to pass so slowly but Iām thankful itās finally over. Honestly didnāt even know how well I aimed the clamps since it was done all under my shirt, but all I know was that it hurt terribly!
4.00pm: Just returned from the washroom after doing 130 reps of ānipple exercisesā. The binder clips were rather difficult to hold onto given the small area and the smooth surface, but I got used to it after a while (of course my nipples were a different story). As for the stretching, it hurt a lot though more bearable due to all the movement, but it left my nipples a lot more sore compared to just clamping. Got my pussy dripping wet too so I tasted myself a bit and it got me so much more stimulated! Will be doing a bit more clamping soon.
4.35pm: Basically got no work done for the past half an hour, but at least I got plenty of training in! Just did another 1min of clamping and Iām melting from the painā¦! Going back to focus on work for a bit more before checking this one last time.
5.07pm: No new votes for clamping outside (thankfully), so the completion is fulfilled at 9 votes and the rest will be done at home tonight. Will be doing 20 more reps of stretching exercises just before I leave for dinner later.
5.54pm: Gingerly completed the 20 reps of stretches. My nipples are sore and tender so the stretching was pretty rough. Will continue with the at home votes later tonight! (Realized I did 10 more than required in my tiredness, but oh wellā¦ Naturally that doesnāt count so Iām only counting 14 votes completed so far.)
11.03pm: Clamping again in the "comfort" of home. Biggest benefit is that I can see where I'm clamping and clamp in the most neutral position possible, but given my already sore and abused nipples from earlier in the afternoon, and the fact that binder clips are extremely unforgiving, the minor relief is not really worth mentioning. Got 12min to endure and I really hope I can push it in one go.
11.05pm: 2min in and I already feel like giving up. Really don't know how I'll endure the next 10min but I'll have to do it sooner or later!!
11.09pm: Finally reached half time but it still hurts so much I can barely do anything!! Trying to edge a little to get my mind off the pain but it hurts so much I can't get in the mood, and it's not helping much with the pain too...
11.13pm: Last 1.5min...!!! Basically shutting off my mind and just trying to endure the suffering so I don't need to do it again... Will also do the remaining 10 stretches before releasing.
11.15pm: Nipples hurting like hell as I did the stretches, and it was so painful but also such a relief when I finally unclipped my poor nipples. My nipples are telling me to rest for the night, but we all know additional training from now on would be highly effective!! Can't decide if I'm willing to plunge into more training at this point... Completed 10/11/15 votes worth of training (1 vote from first option converted to second option).
