2.05am: Gave no mercy to my nipples and slowly pulled on the clamps till they snapped off! Hurt so bad but it was an amazing ending. For the butt plug, I pulled on the rope gradually till the plug slid out. Was actually very secure and the knot didn't loosen at all, so going forward I may implement this for both safety and suffering! Asshole is feeling very raw for sure, but again it's great training!
