Less than 8 hours since I was last clamped, and I’m back for more training again! Really enjoying the added challenge that rubber bands wrapped around the nipple clamps provide, so I’ll be training to endure powerfully squished nipples!

I’ll do the training in several sets, but each set needs to endure a minimum duration (10min plus the added cumulative duration), otherwise I’ll have to pull the clamps off!

Overall time is the total amount of training I need to do.

Update

1.23pm: Starting the training early though I’ll probably stop soon to go for lunch.

1.33pm: Wow lots of votes coming in quick already! I hope I can endure more while my nipples are still okay :)

1.41pm: Releasing my poor, squished nipples for now. Going for lunch and expecting to suffer more later in the afternoon / later tonight! Completed 6 votes.

8 Oct, 12.31am: Seriously debating if I should continue clamping as my nipples are extremely sore and they've been hurting to the touch the whole day. Still, I did commit to training at least 20 votes worth by today (extended to past midnight) so I'll be aiming for 27min this time.

12.35am: Did the 3 pulling tasks, first upwards which was okay enough, then circling outwards which tugged on the left and right interchangeably based on where I was pulling the chains, and finally outwards, which didn't have much space to pull due to the chain, but still able to get it nice and sore. The clamps are hurting more than before from all the extra movement, so it just became so much harder to endure.

12.45am: Calling off this training as it's too extreme to continue. The pain is significant and it doesn't feel safe to clamp for such extended durations. Will rest for a couple of days and see if I want to reattempt this, otherwise I'll probably write this off and do regular nipple clamps in future.
