Suffering on my knees for the next several minutes. I will be forced to stay on my knees throughout, and my soles cannot touch the floor. Currently got nipple clamps on as well, and also inserted my electro anal plug to keep my ass busy.

Updates
12.50am: Starting the time on my knees and also nipple clamped.
12.52am: Inserted the electro plug and shocking on auto mode. TENS device has Auto, Absorb, Numb and Pulse modes.
1.00am: Making this harder and only starting the time from 1am (for easier counting and also extra suffering). My knees are already extremely uncomfortable and it hurts even moving a little.
1.09am: Starting to do the painful tasks. Will try to rotate as much as I can so started off with 3 clamp pulls. Squeezed them back every time to make sure they were gripping properly. Next came 45sec of numb mode which lasted closer to a minute since I was typing the update. Moved on to whip myself 20 times. I aimed generally for the pussy, but since I was kneeling in an awkward position, each whip stroke mostly hit half pussy and half upper thighs. The 20sec of knees only kneeling was tough. It was hard enough to balance, plus the random shocks in the ass made it so much harder to keep still. I found the trick was to barely lift my toes off the ground for maximum stability, but my knees seriously hurt. Completed a full set of 4 tasks and it took a full 5min for it...
1.17am: Knees are suffering so bad that I moved to kneeling pushup position for a while to take some weight off that part of the knees. Still suffering while I collate 20 votes and my pussy is dripping!
1.19am: Nearing the 20 vote mark and it's about time for another set of 4 tasks! The nipple clamp one seems innocent at first but honestly it's hurting more than expected. The numb mode shocking is supposed to be another "easy" task, but I think my exhaustion is making it much worse and it's wearing me out much more tired than anticipated. The whips were manageable enough, but I decided to do a couple more for those that missed my pussy entirely (so just extra pain for my thighs). Found a nice position to "rest" for 20sec but my knees are so sore by now.
1.24am: Did a final 3 nipple clamp pulls and endured the last few seconds of my suffering before finally getting up. It's been an incredibly exhausting 34min of suffering on my knees, and the tasks were actually sufficiently challenging even though each individual task would be pretty doable on a normal day. Completed 11/9 votes.
1.27am: Still keeping the shocks going and nipples remain clamped. My knees are resting but my suffering isn't over for the night just yet! Thinking about what else I should endure while letting my knees rest for a bit.
