(Previous training) Just had a long week of nipple training involving lots of hardcore clamping (even using binder clips!), but I think it'll be interesting if I make it into a daily routine where I do 30min of clamping using nipple clamps. I wonder how long I'll be able to keep it up!
Just taking a wild shot, but would anyone be interested in joining me on this journey together? If 30min is too long for you, maybe just 10min everyday could be good too. The idea is to be consistent and do a little everyday.
30min of clamping would be the baseline, but we can switch things up sometimes like by using clothespins instead, or maybe have a day of the week to do 1 hour of training instead.

18 Jun, 11.11pm: Anyway starting on a Sunday night and using nipple clamps as kind of a slow recovery for the past week's worth of training. I've mostly clamped in the up-down orientation for clothespins and binder clips for the past few days, so now I'm clamping using nipple clamps in the left-right orientation. My nipples are bruised and the skin is cracked, but the sides are perfectly fine, so clearly they can be used for training still! Anyway hopefully I'll be able to commit to this training for several days at least, and looking forward to getting some responses from you people out there too!
12.11am: Lasted a full hour! Love that satisfying rush and ache when the clamps are removed. Off to a great start, and looking forward to the next round of training!
19 Jun, 7.30pm: Back home and first thing to do is to start the training for the day. Pretty tired from work so trying to get the day's training out of the way early. Nipples still bruised from earlier days, but it's good.
8.08pm: Kept them on for a bit longer than required, then applied a slight pressure to tug at the chain, gradually increasing the weight until the clamps slid off my nipples, one at a time. Done with the second day of training!
8.14pm to 9.15pm: Extra 1 hour of nipple clamp training to match another person's training! (See comments)
20 Jun, 9.17pm: Nipple clamps on, metal butt plug inserted and going for a walk!
10.05pm: Reached under my shirt and pulled on the chain to pull off the nipple clamps! Just the right amount of pain (not too much or too little), so it felt pretty good! Good training for my nipples, and meanwhile I still have my butt plug in me.
10.15pm: Got home and removed the butt plug too. Still had a slight burning feeling from the tiger balm applied on the butt plug previously, even though I washed it quite a bit already with soap last time. Gave me a nice cool burn for a large portion of the walk, so it was actually pretty nice.
21 Jun, 11.00pm: Nipple clamps on and will probably do only basic training tonight. Nipples are pretty badly bruised from yesterday's extra training, so it'll take a while for them to recover considering I'm doing my daily training.
11.30pm: Not planning on doing much, so going to rest for tonight.
22 Jun, 11.11am: Training early today! Nipple clamps on and loving the light pressure at the start!
11.45am: Removed the nipple clamps and going for lunch soon.
23 Jun, 11.44pm: Got home late after a night out after work, so starting clamping pretty late. Will have to stretch over a bit into the next day but I'd say it's close enough given my entire day out.
12.16am: Removed the nipple clamps and had a little fluid oozing from the wounds from yesterday's thumbtack piercing training. Doesn't hurt too much but it's still a sign of a training well done!
24 Jun, 9.06pm: Another long day out, but training doesn't stop! Nipple clamps on even though I'm very sleepy.
9.40pm: Pulled on the chain slowly until the nipple clamps fell off. Done with another day of training!
25 Jun, 12.03pm: One whole week of nipple clamps training completed (2 if counting the previous week of mixed clamping)! Starting week 2 of training and all is going well!
12.33pm: Stopping for now as I'm going out for lunch. Good training even though it was a short 30min. Pulled both clamps off at the same time with a very satisfactory slow but firm pull.
26 Jun, 3.02pm: Starting training while doing work.
3.38pm: Ended by pulling off the nipple clamps at the same time again. I'm getting better at the force required to pull them off together instead of one at a time. Will continue to practice!
27 Jun, 10.00pm: Starting training for the night! Had a long day so probably won't be doing too much training today.
10.35pm: Pulled off the clamps almost at the same time again. Done for the day!
28 Jun, 9.44pm: Training after another long day of work. Pretty sleepy but will edge a little to keep me awake.
10.20pm: Pulled the clamps off and really enjoyed the feeling. Done for tonight!
29 Jun, 1.24am: Starting today's training early as I will likely be out for the whole day later.
1.58am: Pulled nice and slow to enjoy the pain as the clamps snapped off one by one.
30 Jun, 12.10am: Doing another training first thing in the "day"! But also doing this for the last time as I've decided to discontinue this daily training, at least in this form. I've been thinking about it for the past few days already, but I've decided to stop at the end of the month so that I can start anew in July. 30min a day has been doable, but I feel like I'm better able to utilize my time, instead of locking away more time than necessary to train in this way. Moving forward, I'm planning to do variable 5-10min daily training instead, which would give me more time to do other things in life. It's been a great 13 days of training exclusively with nipple clamps, for a very deliberate 30min a day, but I think this should come to an end.
12.41am: Pulled off the nipple clamps for the last time for this set of daily training. Will be posting another daily training post later today!
