My nipples have been abused quite a lot lately (with visible bruises on the nipples), so I'm going to take it a bit easier for now, but still not make it too easy. This training will last the entire week, with daily goals and an overall week goal.

Rules:

Daily goals must be hit by midnight of the next day, otherwise the quota will be carried over with 50% extra as a penalty. Week goals must be hit by end of Sunday, and no limitations on how I split the duration. Daily goal progression counts towards the week's goal progression.

In the interest of time, I may substitute by using clothespins or binder clips for a bonus of 2x or 5x the duration. Example, a 10min quota can be fulfilled by 5min of clothespins, or 2min of binder clips.

As an added incentive to clamp longer durations, any clamping session using nipple clamps under 20min will need the clamps to be pulled off at the end.

Comment bonuses:

Comment "today's bonus" to add 10min to that day's daily goal. The same person can comment again for each new day. Comments after 11pm on the day may be carried over to the next day with no penalty.

First 30min hour bonus: Comment "early bird" to add 15min to today's quota! (Bonus period ended)

12 Jun, 11.25am: Lots of time added already, so time to start clamping! Put on the nipple clamps and I'm reminded of the familiar feeling of my nipples being squeezed.

12.25pm: Pushed a little for the last few minutes as it got harder to endure, but managed to hit a full hour. Also, while nipple clamps definitely do not squash as mercilessly as the other types, I love how the nipples keep their shape at the end and it's really fun poking them with my fingers just after removal. Will be breaking for lunch and continue later in the afternoon. I've got at least 2 hours worth to clear today already so I'll have to keep up the training pace! Completed 60min.

3.58pm: Clamps back on. Aiming for 2 sets of 30-40min each.

4.43pm: Clamps off after 45min! This round hurt quite a bit more than the first hour, probably because my nipples are already sore. Still got around 40min to go for today's goal, and I'll try to hit it in one sitting. Completed 105min.

9.25pm: Really not in the mood for clamping anymore today, but I've got 35min left for today's quota. Putting the clamps on very reluctantly, but also looking forward to reaching the goal!

10.00pm: Done for the night! Nipples really sore and hurting, but at least today's goal has been reached. The week's goal is far more than expected, so I'll probably need to adjust the conditions a bit. Completed 140min.

13 Jun, 10.07pm: Time to start tonight's training! Looking at 40min at the minimum. Quite tired tonight, so might not do extra.

10.47pm: Really not in the mood for clamping today, so I removed them immediately after reaching today's goal. Still good training I guess, since it forced me to clamp at least a little anyway. Completed 40min, 180min total.

14 Jun, 9.11pm: Using clothespins for tonight's training, as I have both a long daily quota (increased 4min from 30min previously) and a huge week goal to work towards. Got to trade some pain for time as I can't do this too leisurely anymore. Good news is that my nipples are healing up a bit, though the scabs from bruising are still there.

9.28pm: Had to remove for a while to interact with someone. Back soon. Completed 34min (17min*2).

9.33pm: Clothespins back on. The break was unintentional, so back at it again. Need at least 54min worth today, and with the bonus multiplier, might be able to hit a bit more!

9.56pm: Starting to hurt quite a bit, so decided to call it a night and removed the clothespins. Not terribly amazing progress, but it's still middle of the week so I don't want to burn out too early. Completed 100min (23min*2 54min), 280min total.

15 Jun, 10.09pm: Going with the binder clips tonight, and oh the pain! My arms are going weak and I'm once again reminded of the pure pain that binder clips bring. Anyway going for a short one tonight since it's been a long day.

10.27pm: Gave myself some extra training by setting up a poll to add time (initially aimed for 10min), and eventually did 18min of binder clips! Progress wise it was really worthwhile, but it sure does hurt! Completed 90min (18min*5).

10.47pm: Binder clips back on for another round of training!

11.03pm: Binder clips off! 16min of quality training, and a little closer to the week's goal! Can't decide if I should keep training with binder clips, but they hurt way too much, and I'm trying to avoid bruising which will affect subsequent days too. Completed 170min (16min*5 90min), 450min total.

16 Jun, 11.27pm: Done more training with binder clips, first an 18min continuous session from yesterday's poll, then a series of short sessions with a rock-paper-scissors game, totaling 25min! Total clamped time tonight is 43min, which is really long considering it's with binder clips! Completed 215min (43min*5), 665min total.

17 Jun, 11.40pm: Did 35min of binder clips while playing the remainder of the rock-paper-scissors games, and the last 2 rounds were really intense being 8min and 9min! Not as much as much training duration as yesterday, but overall still really good progress! However, my nipples are getting pretty destroyed, and any subsequent training is going to be tough. Not even sure if I can hit the week's goal by tomorrow, but that's still the goal I'm trying to work towards! Completed 175min (35min*5), 840min total.

18 Jun, 12.59am: Final day of the week's training! Put on clothespins to try to shave off some time from the required amount. Nipples are tender and the clothespins hurt quite a lot more than usual, but still far more bearable compared to binder clips.

1.29am: Finished 30min of clothespins. It was starting to hurt a little too much, so I decided to call it a night. Completed 60min (30min*2).

4.37pm: Done 14min of binder clips as a special bonus, so again getting closer to the final goal! Completed 130min (14min*5 60min). Left with only 90min!!

4.56pm: Clamping with binder clips again for the next 10min! Nipples are already extra tender from the earlier clamping, so the training now is definitely effective!

5.06pm: It's been 10min, but I've decided to push on with binder clips all the way! Really hurting badly and this is just over the halfway mark, but I think it'll be amazing to push really hard for the finale of this week's training!

5.13pm: Final minute!!! My nipples are hurting so bad but I'm almost at the goal!!!

5.14pm: Took a crazy amount of willpower to endure it all and even took like 30sec to gingerly remove the binder clips, but it's finally over!!! I think this is probably the longest I've consistently did a serious training, but the end result is amazing! Really happy to have completed the training, especially for the last few days which was mostly speed running with binder clips! So much suffering but incredible training. Will let my nipples have a good rest before I think up the next training. Completed 220min (18min*5 130min), total 1060min!!!
