r/Femaleorgasmdenial has been my favorite subreddit these days, and I've been denying myself proper release and doing ruins only for around a week already. Just wanted to share my progress and also help me decide how long more I should stay denied.

The poll determines the time I stay without cumming. As a little bonus, there'll be an RNG game to add even more time. I will generate 3 random numbers with the final number, and add the middle number in hours to the denied duration.
