.5 PPR 12 team league
QB: Philip Rivers, RB: Mark Ingram, RB: Matt Forte, WR: Julio Jones, WR: Amari Cooper, Flex: Ryan Matthews, TE: Travis Kelce, Def: Kansas City
Bench: Devante Parker (WR), Justin Forsett (RB), Chris Hogan(WR), Chris Ivory(RB), CJ Prosise(WR)
I inherited a team from a guy who left. I picked two keepers from the round they were drafted plus 1 round. They were Ingram in R2 and Cooper in R6.
Do I need another TE on my bench? All in all how did I do for a first timer?
Thank you so much for this! I actually wrote down "CRUUUUZ" yesterday as a note to myself. I'm gonna unpack all of this when I look at the waiver wire tomorrow. Watching football was a blast yesterday now that I have all these dudes to root for. I did pretty well. Not likely winning my matchup, but my projected standing after tonight is 5th (out of 12). Not bad for the new girl! I'm considering putting Chris Hogan in as flex next week... Thank you again!!! Hope you had a great first week as well!

My Rowdy Touchdown Boys are doing alright. I'm 1-2, but this week is looking alright. I made the mistake several people did after week 1 and dropped an injured D. Parker. Rookie bad decision. I've picked up Cole Beasley, Victor Cruz, Carson Wentz, and Dennis Pitta. Dropped Hogan, Parker, Forsett, Proise. I lost my matchup last week thanks to Julio Jones, but I streamed CIN this week so I feel like I already have a bit of a headstart. I'm taking a gamble and starting Ivory as Flex this week because my other options are Kelce or Beasley. I don't think Beasley is gonna see any increase in targets with Dez out. And the projected points for Kelce & Ivory are about the same. So we'll see... Now I'm just stressing about next week when Ingram and Ivory both have bye weeks and Ryan Mathews is a paper mache boy. Waiver Wire is an RB barren wasteland. How bout you?
