Just wanted to see thoughts on going with Sancho over the popular 8m mids. I feel like he can match most of them in points and he is 0.5 less. He basically looks like the main creative force in the team apart from maybe Bruno and the team looks quite poor without him. The football Ten Hag plays will also suit him. The 8m mids include Foden, Mahrez, Saka, Diaz, Maddison, Mount and Kulusevski. Saka and Diaz both can be replaced by other players like Robertson and Martinelli both of which are also cheaper and could provide the same if not more points. Mount is a great player who has a good season last season but Chelsea look in bad shape right now and so I’m not too confident on them. A poor preseason doesn’t bode well for the season and I think we all know the problems they have with the striker spot which hinders Mounts chances of getting more points. Mahrez and Foden are big minutes risk and you can never be too sure with City (look at the community shield game). All this uncertainty leaves just Maddison who looks like he may be going Newcastle thus causing more uncertainty and unrest for Leicester. Sancho is nailed and looks like the main attacker in a new Utd team under a very good manager. The only uncertainty you can have with Sancho are questions about Man Utd performances as a team which I think will be solved with Ten Hag as manager. I don’t think we should base Sancho this season based on last season where the team barely even existed for most of the season. Maybe im just crazy and I should just get my triple arsenal attack. Maybe im a genius and Sancho is gonna find himself with a 160 points season. I feel like that is easily achievable given his ability and the new start Utd have though.
