Courtois 5.5: Cheapest way into Chelsea defence, and in my opinion the best goalkeeper in the league. Easy choice.
McCarthy 4.0: I feel like he is more likely to play than Hennessey, but hopefully I won't have to ever use him regardless.
Schlupp 5.0: He looks like a nailed-on winger listed as a defender, so I'm looking to take a chance and hoping that he can get some extra goals and assists compared to a normal defensive player.
Cedric 5.0: Cheapest nailed-on way into the Southampton defence, and looks good going forward as well.
Mertesacker 5.5: I want to get an Arsenal defender and I'm not confident in how nailed on any of the full backs are, so I'm playing it safe and going for Per over the more expensive Koscielny.
Richards 4.5: Richards has always been a good defender and I'm hoping that he can get a solid haul of points for me off the bench if needed. If anyone has any better options at 4.5 please tell me what you think.
Burke 4.0: Of all the 4.0 defenders, I have a feeling that Burke is the most likely to make a big breakthrough this year and become a starter.
Ozil 8.5: As of now, I plan to switch out Ozil early for a 6.0 (most likely Puncheon) in order to be able to buy Aguero when he is fit. For now though, I feel like he is the best of the 8.5 options.
Payet 7.5: This man created the most chances of any player in all the top 5 European leagues with Marseille last season, and I have a strong feeling he'll outperform the identically priced Siggurdsson and be a bargain at 7.5.
Fabregas 9.0: I plan to switch Cesc halfway through the season, when he starts his usual slump in form, but for the first half he is always a reliable assist machine.
Ritchie 6.0: I plan to rotate him with Deeney and think that he'll surprise many and get a fair few goals and assists.
Hazard 11.5: He's required.
Rooney 10.5: I'm going to switch him out for Aguero once he's fit, but for now I trust Rooney more over Kane, and can't have Costa as I already have 3 Chelsea players.
Pelle 8.0: He's a nailed on striker who will lead the line and be the main goalscoring threat for an ever-improving Southampton, who have a great set of opening fixtures. His performance may also improve with the extra space he will have with Rodriguez and Tadic cutting inside from the wings and Mane dragging defenders away in the middle.
Deeney 5.5: I plan to rotate him with Ritchie and he is a proven goalscorer at Championship level. If he can carry over his performances from the past 3 seasons, he could be this year's Charlie Austin.
