Highly picked player avoids

With FPLs great pricing this year, it seems near impossible to try fit in all of the great assets this year.
Fitting Salah and Haaland is possible but at the sacrifice of so many other great assets like Watkins, Palmer, Saka etc..
I personally have left out Haaland, Foden and Watkins. You may ask why but I just can’t drop the likes of Saka, Palmer, Salah, Isak, TAA personally.
Which highly owned players are you looking at leaving out and why?
