Salah keep him or Salah I let him go

Hopefully you can forgive the awful pun.
What are peoples thoughts on keeping Salah.
He has a horrible run of games but I do reckon he can haul against Chelsea. I'm pretty confident he usually does well against Arsenal. Especially if Saliba is out alongside Tomi so its really just the city gameweek I'm worried about as his long term fixtures as good.
Is it worth replacing him with maddison and/or Macallister?
I have the transfers to do it. Just worried its a short term move for too little gain.
