Inventing economic systems in azgaar

Hi.

I’d like get your insights on how best to create or model a simple economic system.

BACKGROUND:

I downloaded Croborn’s Modern Europe template and divided the continent into 4 factions, while still preserving the pre-existing borders.

Thanks to azgaar’ s built-in military option, I’ve devised a way on how to move troops using D12 dice.

PROBLEM:

My big problem is, I cannot legitimately attack a region, or annex new countries because I lack a mechanic to do so.

Could someone help me? Perhaps you may have pre existing economic models that I can simply import.
