Installing on a 'work computer'?

I would never recommend that employees violate their company's work laptop policy, just asking for a friend (my employer provides no laptops for underlings like me :) ...)

Would there be a way to install and run (as a player) FGU (or even FGC) on a computer where he or she does not have Admin rights that WOULD NOT require 'hacking' the computer somehow?

Is there a way to run an instance on some sort of virtual machine, server, etc. online that said player would access via the internet (via browser)?
