Build to Survivor Series 2018:

Friday Night SmackDown - October 19th, 2018

Following a second defence for Andrade, it's announced the following Friday Night, that he will go one-on-one with the current Intercontinental Champion, Seth Rollins at next month's Survivor Series PPV! Once the graphic is officially shown, the scene transitions over to the backstage area, where Andrade is seen shaking is head at the sight, clearly not feeling satisfied with his future matchup. Not looking to waste a single second before speaking his mind, he begins to state, that this simply isn't worth his time. For months he has carried this brand to unbelievable heights, and now he has to cement his title reign against the inferior brand's champion, well so be it. Zelina Vega now begins to step in, as she says that Seth Rollins may be a multi-time world champion across the world, but around here, Andrade runs this company, and he will prove just that at Survivor Series.

Friday Night SmackDown - October 26th, 2018

With Survivor Series quickly approaching, Andrade is once again seen in the backstage area, this time pacing back-and-forth outside of Stephanie McMahon's office, where he begins to repeatedly knock on her door. Upon eventually answering it, the champion begins to demand a challenge, stating that he's supposed to be fighting for this brand's supremacy, but there is simply no-one left to do so besides himself, which is laughable. However, the RAW GM isn't laughing, as her face holds a clearly stern look, as she responds that may be true, but not entirely, because while Andrade may be a dominant mid-card champion for SmackDown, he still doesn't hold the top prize. Which is why next week, he will go one-on-one with the current WWE Champion, in the form of AJ Styles!

A shocked look upon the face of Andrade appears, as he didn't necessarily expect that answer. However, his facial expression eventually changes, as he knows what this victory could entail, which eventually leads him to leaving the area, with Stephanie leaving the viewer's eye with a smirk. Two of the very finest this brand can offer, will battle for the first time in only a week's time.

Friday Night SmackDown - November 2nd, 2018

Before getting to our main event of the evening, Andrade is seen right behind the curtain, where Renee Young stops him just in time, before making his way out to the arena. She begins to question him on what this match means to him, if anything, and how he's preparing for the upcoming Survivor Series PPV. Zelina Vega attempts to answer the question, but knowing how important these next couple of matchups are for his career, he intervenes and responds for himself. He begins to state that, for almost the past year, AJ Styles has been the face of this brand, with no sight of slowing down, but that was before he showed up. Tonight he backs up that theory and walks into the Survivor Series PPV having just knocked off the previous best this brand can offer, because currently, it's him - simple as that. As for Rollins, he continues his dialogue, by saying that he isn't necessarily worried about him in all honesty, he holds a worthless title for an inferior brand, and he will represent SmackDown with a victory, there is simply no discussion about it, not now, not then.

Andrade 'Cien' Almas v. AJ Styles - Champion v. Champion Match

After a highly anticipated back-and-forth contest had begun, both of these individuals pulled everything out of their arsenal, as Andrade with his DISCUS ELBOW STRIKE, and Styles will a high octane 450 SPLASH! However, now we are 20 minutes into this contest, and it seemed that exhaustion began to be shown for both individuals, which resulted in a desperate attempt to conclude this contest, as both men attempted to hit their respective finishing maneuvers, and as it seemed as a LA SOMBRA might be connected, a surge of excitement began come from the crowd, asSETH ROLLINS'theme begins to play, which immediately distracts the US Champion. He puts Styles down to the canvas, instead of landing his finish, and begins a staredown with his future opponent. This gives the WWE Champion enough time to return to a vertical base, and as Andrade returns his attention to behind him, STYLES IS ABLE TO CONNECT WITH A STYLES CLASH! 1..2...3... STYLES WINS IT!

Monday Night RAW - November 12th, 2018

Having just overcome Finn Balor this evening, Seth Rollins returns to the backstage area, where he begins to hear genuine screams coming from select parts of the aforementioned location. He soon realized what was occurring, as he witnessed numerous Friday Night SmackDown stars storm through the area, seemingly attacking whoever they can in sight, but Rollins stays untouched. Beginning to stare at the end of the hallway, he sees none other than, Andrade, who begins to charge directly towards him, as the two attack one another! With only 6 days until their encounter, they let out all of their emotions in one backstage brawl, which has wreaked havoc within both rosters this evening. The plan was simple from the start, set-up an invasion, and to take out his target, which he has done. It ends, with Andrade standing tall, but the important part is this Sunday, he can't forget that.

Friday Night SmackDown - November 16th, 2018

With 2 days left until Survivor Series, a split-screen promo exchange between both Andrade 'Cien' Almas and Seth Rollins would occur, which gives both individuals a chance to shine a light on their thoughts heading into Sunday night. The latter decides to speak first, as he begins to state that at first he saw this as a clash between former NXT Champions, a simple competition between the two, but now Andrade had gone and made it personal, which won't end nicely for him this Sunday night. At Survivor Series, he proves he's the superior midcard champion, and revenge will inevitably be his aswell. Andrade now begins to respond, as he says that, it was always personal, this entire time it was never going to be just a competitive contest. For as long as he could remember, there was this expectation to be as good as Rollins back in NXT, due to him being the first ever NXT Champion.

The current US Champion continues his speech, as he berates Rollins on falling so far down the totem pole, he was once apart of the 'heist of the century', and now he must fight for the inferior brand, simply because they feel they need to. This Sunday night, he proves exactly why Friday Night SmackDown is the superior brand, and why he is simply the superior champion. He concludes his statement, as he says that while Rollins might have costed him against the WWE Champion, he will repay him with a lesson well-taught, and walk out as the victor.

WWE Survivor Series - November 18th, 2018

Andrade 'Cien Almas' v. Seth Rollins - Champion v. Champion Match

Tonight is about one thing - brand supremacy, which is exactly what this upcoming contest embodies, as both the respective brand's midcard champions, in the form of Andrade 'Cien' Almas and Seth Rollins will look to go one-on-one, in order to represent their individual brands. The latter makes his entrance first, and is immediately greeted with an ovation of cheers, which he soaks in, and eventually begins his march down the entrance ramp and slides into the ring. Holding his own title over his shoulder, he awaits for his opposition's presence to be shown, which he does right on cue. Andrade confidently walks out from behind the curtain,

The bell had rung and the two began to circle around the ring, as they attempted to prepare themselves for the long-awaited battle between them, which eventually transitioned into a lock-up. As they engaged in this maneuver, Andrade quickly took control of this contest, as he pushed Rollins into the corner, and with a simple smirk, he knew of this fact. However, as he went for A RUNNING LARIAT IN THE CORNER, ROLLINS GOT OUT OF THE WAY JUST IN TIME! Finding himself now in the corner, the US Champion could only wait for what Rollins was set to dish out, as he retaliated with an ENZUIGIRI IN THE CORNER, which landed right on the tip of Andrade's skull, sending him down to a knee.

Feeling confident currently, the Intercontinental Champion, grabbed ahold of his opposition's head, and sent him down to the canvas, where he began to ram his elbow into the back of Andrade's skull. Over-and-over again he went, there seemed to be no sign of stoppage, but upon going for one last strike to the targeted body part, Andrade managed to catch Rollins' arm, and decided to twist it, which led to Rollins screaming out in agony, and falling to his stomach almost immediately. Having been a veteran in the game, and still being one, he used that to not waste a single second, as he began to stomp on Rollins' arm, taking out the opponent's usage of much of his arsenal in the process.

As he began to hoist Rollins up to a vertical base, the aforementioned competitor began to fight back, striking Andrade directly into the groin several times, until he had no choice but to let go of him, and leave him be. Having time to heal now, Rollins FIRED BACK WITH YET ANOTHER ENZUIGIRI, AND FOLLOWED IT UP WITH A FALCON ARROW! 1...2...KICKOUT! ANDRADE WON'T BACK DOWN, NOT ON THIS IMPORTANT NIGHT! Rollins simply can't believe it, which is exactly why he begins to scale the top rope, attempting for none other than, A FROG SPLASH... BUT ANDRADE GETS HIS KNEES UP IN THE NICK OF TIME! Once again, the Intercontinental Champion begins to scream out in agony, which only makes the confidence of Andrade skyrocket, as he looks to finish this contest.

He hoists up Rollins once again, AND ATTEMPTS FOR A DISCUS ELBOW STRIKE, BUT ROLLINS REVERSES IT WITH A SUPERKICK! Not expecting this at all, Andrade falls down to one knee, which prompts to land, ANOTHER SUPERKICK FOR GOOD MEASURE! 1...2...KICKOUT! Not yet, maybe not ever, but Andrade is still in this one, which begins to now frustrate Rollins, which leads to him lifting up Andrade, but it doesn't work out well for him, as he's knocked down WITH A DISCUS ELBOW STRIKE! HE FINALLY LANDS IT, THAT COULD BE IT...1...2...KICKOUT! Somehow, Rollins is still in this one, and doesn't want to fall to the other brand's champion but the same could be said for Andrade. Feeling as he could end it right here, Andrade attempts for a LA SOMBRA, BUT ROLLINS COUNTERS IT, INTO HIS OWN DISCUS FOREARM SMASH, AND PROCEEDS TO ATTEMPT FOR A CURBSTOMP... BUT NO! Andrade finds the mark, AND CONNECTS WITH A DRAGONRANA! From there, he ends it all with a LA SOMBRA FOR GOOD MEASURE! 1..2...3...! ANDRADE COMES OUT ON TOP, AS HE GETS THE VICTORY FOR SD!

Andrade 'Cien' Almas def. Seth Rollins via Pinfall (19:11)

Following the victory for Andrade, the bell officially rings, and he is handed his United States Championship. It looks as he may feel as he caused enough damage, but for anyone who has followed him throughout his career, that statement just couldn't be more incorrect. Seth Rollins begins to rise to a vertical base, but before he could even take another step, HE IS BLINDSIDED! Both of the attackers are wearing luchador masks, but it's clear that they are working for the champion himself. They are prompted to take their masks off, and when they do, THEY ARE REVEALED TO BE DANNY BURCH & ONEY LORCAN, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!

Build to TLC 2018:

Friday Night SmackDown - November 30th, 2018

Following his victory over Seth Rollins at Survivor Series, Andrade was given 9 days to recover from his hellacious bout, but the time to heal is over, and the route to stardom only continues. We open this week's broadcast in the center of the ring, as Andrade, Oney Lorcan, Danny Burch, and Zelina Vega stand directly at that very location, with the former holding the microphone. Andrade begins to state that last week's events didn't just come to fruition by overnight, it has been planned for quite some time. Just a couple of months ago, Oney Lorcan had an opportunity to earn a title shot, but unfortunately failed to come out on top, but that all changes now. He continues, by saying that their success as a group will soon be realized, and the unmatched potential of the two men he stands next to at this very moment, will never be passed up ever again, not as long as he is guiding them.

As soon as he says this, he is almost immediately interrupted by 205's very own, Mustafa Ali! He comes out from behind the curtain, with a microphone already in-hand, and begins to speak his mind. He states that for as long as he was the heart-and-soul of 205 Live, he was never able to capture the top prize of that brand, which is why he is here tonight, to start anew. With a #1 contender's match announced for next week, his aim is to earn a shot at Andrade's title, and finally become the heart-and-soul of a brand, this time for Friday Night SmackDown.

Friday Night SmackDown - December 7th, 2018

As announced the prior week, four men have a chance to attempt to dethrone Andrade 'Cien' Almas at this year's TLC PPV, but first, they will have to find a way to be victorious this evening. Before he can make it to possibly his career-defining moment though, Mustafa Ali is interviewed by none other than, Renee Young! She questions him on how it feels to be on the big stage now, and if that will affect him in any possible way going forward, even possibly on this night. He responds, by stating that he felt lost over on his previous brand, feeling as he could never move forward, unless he finally decided to take a step forward, and not two steps back as he kept doing. Tonight is about proving that anything is possible, and that believing in yourself can be rewarding, it's that simple.

Mustafa Ali v. Chad Gable v. Jeff Hardy v. Samoa Joe - US Championship #1 Contender's Match

To nobody's surprise, these four individuals busted their ass, which could've been expected with the prize that's at stake. Every single one of them, brought their arsenal out and used it to good use, but with only one competitor able to find the victory, it came down to just Ali and Hardy. The two high-flying individuals pulled out all the stops, as the former brought out a 450 SPLASH, while Hardy connected with a TWIST OF FATE! However, upon attempting for a SWANTON BOMB, Ali was able to counter it, and scale up to the top rope himself, and earn himself the victory after landing a 054!

Mustafa Ali def. Chad Gable, Jeff Hardy, and Samoa Joe to become US #1 Contender (14:22)

Friday Night SmackDown - December 14th, 2018

Following his impressive victory, both Andrade 'Cien' Almas and Mustafa Ali share words over a split-screen video, as they prepare for their eventual encounter in just two days. The latter speaks his mind first, as he begins to state that, just like that, he is one step closer to his first WWE title, and just proved it by putting down three of the companies' finest. This Sunday at the TLC PPV, he will proceed to shock the world, and dethrone Andrade, something no-one had been able to do since late Summer. Andrade now responds, saying that he's got to be kidding, and that Ali simply has no chance, he has been here for five minutes. The story is simple, at TLC he will decimate Ali, and proceed to put him on the shelf just like the rest, because there isn't a chance he walks into next week without the gold.

WWE TLC - December 16th, 2018

In what was originally advertised as a title match, it looked as the US title match was set to begin, but as cameras returned to the backstage area, an assault was ongoing! The recent formed stable, known as 'El Idolo del Muerte', begins to beat down the leader's challenger, and the mission is simple - make sure Ali can't make it to his title match. Before the attack can continue though, several referees begin to push the trio back from the grounded individual, and scolds them for what they have done. Before leaving the area, Andrade screams at his challenger, to not get his way again, or to pay the consequences. The scene ends with him badly hurt, as he is checked on by officials, you have to wonder if his hopes of becoming a champion are now over following the brutal attack.

As the trio begin their joruney back to their locker-room, they run into none other than the RAW GM, Stephanie McMahon! She simply can't believe what she has just witnessed, and informs the champion that his title defense with Mustafa Ali is still on, and will occur on the December 28th edition of Friday Night SmackDown. The shocking revelation stuns the group, and sends the champion into an irate mood, as he leaves the area, and yells for the duo to follow him, clearly not happy about the news.

Friday Night SmackDown - December 21st, 2018

Following the TLC PPV, Andrade is visually livid, most notably due to the news of his title defense still occurring next week. He is seen with his group, as he tells them that the job wasn't finished this past weekend, and next week, he finishes it himself. However, knowing that he needs to do this on his own, he respectfully asks all three of his allies to say behind, and to not interfere under any circumstances, which they confusingly agree to. Before they part ways for the next week, Vega proceeds to assure him he's got this, and they can rejoice the following week after his successful title defense, continuing by stating that, Ali is simply a reject, who failed to hang with the cruiserweights, and with that notion, he doesn't have any shot against Andrade. He agrees, and now looks ahead to his third title defense, but until then, the show continues, as the screen fades to black.

Friday Night SmackDown - December 28th, 2018

Andrade 'Cien' Almas (c) v. Mustafa Ali - US Championship Match

Without the time to heal properly, the challenger still walks into this contest bandaged up, but won't give up that easily, which has been evident since arriving to WWE a couple of years ago. As the contest begins, the two individuals show off their arsenal to the full extent, with Ali using his high-octane offense to good use, and Andrade handling his strikes to full effect, which both impacted their opposition in various ways. Later in this matchup, Andrade was able to land a DISCUS ELBOW STRIKE, while Ali landed a SPRINGBOARD TORNADO DDT! However, by the end of it all, the missing outside interference would cost the champion, and Ali took advantage of that, proceeding to capture his first WWE Championship with a 054! HE HAS ONCE AGAIN SHOCKED THE WORLD!

Build to Royal Rumble 2019:

Friday Night SmackDown - January 4th, 2019

After failing to retain the gold, Andrade is visibly irate, which is evident as he passes through the backstage hallways, not wanting to speak to a soul, and simply wanting to dwell on the past by himself. However, as he walks into the locker-room, he runs into Roman Reigns! Currently sitting down, he says "tough loss, huh?" This completely makes the former champion snap, as he begins to attack the multi-time world champion, which the latter doesn't back down either, as the two competitors simply go back-and-forth, with nothing stopping them, until they had to inevitably be separated before too much damage could be caused. Even with the separation, they still clearly wanted to go at it, but for now, they will have to be content on meeting at another time.

Friday Night SmackDown - January 11th, 2019

Following last week's brawl, Roman Reigns doesn't stay quite for long, as he requests for an interview, which is granted by none other than, Renee Young! Once it begins, she questions him on why Andrade decided to attack him, and if there is history there at all. Roman quickly decides to respond, as he states that, there is no history at all, and there never has been, but Andrade is clearly still upset about losing what once made him whole, and he gets that, more than anyone. He continues, saying that none of that matters though, because whether or not Andrade was looking for a fight, he's got one, and sooner or later, he will have the chance to show the former champion who truly runs this place. Concluding that, he has for the past several years, and the sooner he figures out, the better.

As he finishes up his dialogue, his face begins to boil up in anger, possibly remembering the brawl that occurred last week, which he doesn't think too fondly about. However, with this message sent to Andrade, it's up to the latter to answer for himself, and respond to The Big Dog's harsh words, but that will clearly have to wait until down the road, with the date being unknown for now.

Friday Night SmackDown - January 18th, 2019

Following his absence, the previous week, Andrade returns to his self-proclaimed brand, and intends to respond to the words spoken by Roman Reigns only one short week ago. Already positioned in the center of the ring, with a microphone directly by his side, he begins to state that Reigns is an instigator, a man who's too afraid to admit when he's wrong, and that's fine. It's clear if you watch back the tape, that he got involved with business that simply didn't involve him, and for that he got taught a lesson, but somehow he's seen as the bad guy. Here's the truth however, Reigns hasn't been able to win 'the big one' for quite a while, and it simply eats him on the inside, but that isn't Andrade's fault, and when the time comes, he won't be able to use him to garner attention, in an attempt to once again climb the ladder, because at the end of the day, he won't let him.

Friday Night SmackDown - January 25th, 2019

With only 2 days left until the Royal Rumble, Roman Reigns is seen near the parking lot, attempting to leave for the night, but before he can do so, HE IS ATTACKED FROM BEHIND! The sneak attack from Andrade isn't surprising, and Reigns isn't surprised either, as he begins to fight back, just as had happened in the start of the month. The two individuals continue to go at it, and the animosity between both of them is clearly evident, as it's obvious they simply don't like eachother. Which is shown as the brawl begins to become violent, and with no other choice, multiple SmackDown superstars have to step in, and break them apart this time around, which prompts Stephanie McMahon to come running into the parking lot aswell, screaming in a response to the chaos.

She begins to state that this is unacceptable, but she understands the animosity between the two, and is prepared to settle it once and for all. This Sunday, at the Royal Rumble PPV, both Andrade 'Cien' Almas and Roman Reigns will go one-on-one, there is no need to settle it in a parking lot or a locker-room, this time they finish it in a wrestling ring, the proper way to do things in their line of work.

WWE Royal Rumble - January 27th, 2019

Andrade 'Cien' Almas v. Roman Reigns

Actions have consequences, and that is the theme of tonight's opening contest, as the disdain between both Andrade 'Cien' Almas and Roman Reigns boils over this evening. The former makes his entrance first, but he isn't alone this time around, simply learning from his past mistakes, as the rest of 'El Idolo Del Muerte' join him by his side, as they take a journey towards the ring. The leader of their group slides into the squared circle, and awaits for arguably his toughest competition thus far. Speaking of, the aforementioned individual comes out from behind the curtain, as Reigns is greeted by the fans in attendance with a mixed reaction, which has become an ordinary occurrence for him, but that still isn't going lead to him to lose focus, as he enters the ring.

He doesn't keep his eyes off his opposition, even when backing up into the corner, but he wouldn't have to wait long to get his hands on Andrade, as the bell officially rings. As it does, both of the competitors begin to meet in the center of the ring, and almost immediately engage in a lock-up. Both of them quickly look for an early advantage, which unsurprisingly goes to Reigns, who pushes his opposition to the other side of the ring, but as Andrade rebounds off the ropes, he's met with a SHOULDER BLOCK! The common wrestling maneuver sends him down to the canvas, where Roman simply smirks at his dominance, which makes Andrade scowl immediately.

Upon attempting to return to the nearest set of ropes, Roman manages to find himself struck with a lariat, as Andrade catches him off-guard, but as he tries to do the same thing, ROMAN CONNECTS WITH A LEAPING CLOTHESLINE! This takes out Andrade for the time being, and without a second thought, Roman begins to take his weeks of frustration out on his opponent, as he begins to pummel him in a seated position over his grounded body, and as much as Andrade attempts to block the strikes, it's no use, and knowing this to be true, Reigns continues the attack. Once he feels satisfied with the attack, he rises himself back up to a vertical base, and motions for his opponent to do the same, and after a 15 second recovery, he ends up doing just that.

The matchup continues, with neither man looking to back down, the two begin to strike eachother back-and-forth, in an attempt to exhaust the other first, but instead they find themselves doing it to eachother, as they both similatounesly fall to one knee. However, Andrade isn't ready to falter, and proceeds to charge towards his opponent, AND LANDS A TORNADO INVERTED DDT! 1...2...KICKOUT! ROMAN IS STILL IN THIS ONE, AND ANDRADE CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Beginning to feel frustrated, Andrade scales up to the top rope, ATTEMPTING FOR A HIGH-RISK MOONSAULT, BUT ROMAN GETS HIS KNEES UP IN THE NICK OF TIME! He begins to scream his agony, as his ribs are clearly in a lot of pain, but that doesn't stop Roman from planning his next move, as he heads to the nearest corner.

Feeling as he has this one wrapped up, he motions for Andrade to make it to his feet, simply lining up for a Superman Punch, but once he rises to his feet, ROMAN ATTEMPTS FOR IT... BUT HE RESPONDS WITH AN DISCUS ELBOW STRIKE! It knocks Roman clean on his jaw, as he falls directly to his back upon the canvas, which gives Andrade some much-needed confidence, but maybe too much. As he attempts to hoist Roman up to his feet, the latter sends him back with A HUGE EUROPEAN UPPERCUT! Looking to rebound off this maneuver, HE ATTEMPTS TO LAND A SOUL-CRUSHING SPEAR, BUT ANDRADE CATCHES HIM WITH YET ANOTHER DISCUS ELBOW STRIKE! What comes naturally after this, is obviously a LA SOMBRA, WITH REIGNS LANDING DIRECTLY ONTO HIS NECK! 1...2...3...!

Build to Elimination Chamber 2019:

Friday Night SmackDown - February 1st, 2019

After toppling Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble, Andrade 'Cien' Almas feels more confident than ever, and with that being said, his hesitation to bother the SmackDown GM isn't existent, and he does just that. He tells her that, he believes that after putting away a multi-time world champion, he should be in contention for the WWE title, and to his chagrin, Stephanie completely agrees. However, she makes sure to remind him that nothing is given around here, which is why he'll have to compete in a qualifying matchup, against none other than Samoa Joe! With a chance to take out another big star, Andrade's calm facial expression, quickly turns into an obnoxious smirk, as he is clearly pleased with what Stephanie has offered, as he proceeds to walk off into the distance, preparing himself for next week's highly important contest. As he does so, he seemingly runs into the current WWE Champion, in the form of AJ Styles! The two share a weirdly long stare, and with no words shared throughout the entire interaction, they both walk off knowing that they could possibly meet eachother inside the chamber, in just a mere three weeks.

Friday Night SmackDown - February 8th, 2019

Andrade 'Cien' Almas v. Samoa Joe - Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match

The time has finally come, as the Elimination Chamber qualifying process has officially begun, and arguably with two of the most deserving aswell. Unsurprisingly, this contest turns out to be quite the back-and-forth affair, with either individual being able to walk out on top, but with only one of them able to obviously, they made sure to use their arsenal to full use, as Joe used his unwordly strength, to put down Andrade WITH A URANAGE! However, Andrade didn't back down either, as he LANDED A BEAUTIFUL LOOKING MOONSAULT! After all of this though, it was down to who truly wanted this contest more, but unfortunately, that didn't even matter. As Andrade had Joe set up for the LA SOMBRA, but Joe is able to quickly reverse, AND LOCKS IN A COQUINA CLUTCH! He attempts to get out of it, scratching and clawing, but the power of The Samoan Submission Specialist, causes him to tap out! ANDRADE LOSES HIS CHANCE AT THE TOP PRIZE!

Samoa Joe def. Andrade 'Cien' Almas to qualify for the Elimination Chamber Match (12:30)

An upset Andrade returns to a vertical base, as he can't believe he has lost his chance at the top prize, and simply can't shake it off, no matter how hard he tries. Proceeding to exit the ring, and makes his way to the backstage area, this would be the last time we would see him for weeks, no sight of him, no updates - nothing. He completely vanished, assumably due to his unfortunate loss to Samoa Joe, this would continue, until one faithful night, where his prescence would begin his rise to the top officially.

WWE Elimination Chamber - February 24th, 2019

Somehow, AJ Styles has survived the hellacious structure, known as the Elimination Chamber! He's able to outlast five other men in order to remain champion, and presumably will walk into WrestleMania as such, which is a cause for celebration. As the bell officially rings, signifying yet another retention for him, he is handed his title, but the celebration is quickly abrupted... ASANDRADE STRIKES STYLES FROM BEHIND, AS THE CHAMBER RISES! His hiatus has ended, and has seemingly returned for only one thing, and that's coming for the top prize in this company, which is clearly the WWE Championship. He stands over his fallen victim, as he decides to lift up the grounded title, and raises it above his head, signifying exactly what he desires.

Since losing the United States Championship, Andrade has been looking for his next step, and with a clear road now paved, it all now comes down to making sure he acquires it. He drops the belt, right where it resided beforehand, and exits the ring after doing so, simply leaving Styles as a mess, and clearly sends him a message while doing so. Now being officially back on his brand, it's all up to him now, and what he can make of the situation, we will find out soon enough.

Build to Fastlane 2019:

Friday Night SmackDown - March 1st, 2019

Following his return at the Elimination Chamber PPV, Andrade strategically decides to stay silent, but the WWE Champion is more than willing to shed a light on his inner feelings. In a backstage interview later in the night, Styles states that he doesn't fully understand Andrade's problem, he had a chance to qualify for the Elimination Chamber Match, but he ended up failing in doing so, which is entirely his own fault. As someone who's had many failures throughout his career, he understands how it feels, but around here, that's not how we roll, and attacking him from behind won't go unnoticed or unpunished. He goes on to promise that Andrade won't get away scot-free with his attack at the PPV, and eventually his actions will come with consequences, he guarantees it.

Friday Night SmackDown - March 8th, 2019

The following week, Andrade speaks up, feeling as he had waited long enough. He stands in the ring, alongside both Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan, as this matter only concerned him in all honesty. He begins to state that, he has run through the SmackDown Roster for the past 11 months, and still he finds himself without a WrestleMania match, which is simply infuriating. As he looks towards the canvas, he proceeds to continue, as he says that, at the Elimination Chamber PPV, he took out the champion right at this spot, and left him laying without any hope for the future. Well, that's exactly how he has felt the entire Road to WrestleMania, his intentions have been made clear, as he wants Styles at the 'biggest stage of them all', and most importantly - the WWE Championship.

He isn't done there, he also states that since creating this group right here, they haven't gotten the opportunities they deserve. He continues, stating that The Usos have gone through each and every tag team, besides the two that stand right beside him. Which is exactly, why he believes all three of them should have the chance to shine at WrestleMania, and take all of the gold in the process. He concludes his statement, by saying that he is issuing the challenge, and if it isn't accepted, well then all three of them will reap the consequences as a result.

Friday Night SmackDown - March 15th, 2019

With only 2 days left until the Fastlane PPV, mid-way through the show, it's announced that Andrade's demands have been heard and met at that. So this Sunday at Fastlane, it will be La Sombra Del Muerte taking on AJ Styles and The Usos, with the stipulation being, if the former are able to come out victorious, they will be all be given title shots at WrestleMania 35, but if they fail to win, they all must go directly to the back of the line. The stakes are extremely high for the stable, which is seen as the scene transitions over to the backstage area, where they have just been notified of the upcoming PPV contest, and what could come from it, shall they walk out victorious.

Before any of them could begin to speak, Zelina Vega began to walk over to them, as she seemed quite pleased with the news. She begins to state that the trio needs to come out on top, there isn't any room for anymore errors or failures, perfection is simply what she needs to see. All of them shake their head in agreeance, with Andrade closing out the interaction, as he states this is what they have been working for since November last year, this is their time, and now they can't be denied. After concluding his dialogue, they all begin to leave the area, with the mission for Sunday night being quite simple - walk out with the victory, no matter what it takes.
