How do I get the edited stats in Access to show up in game?

I’m trying to figure out how to use Access to edit stats. I was able to create the mdb file and edit a couple attributes of a couple wrestlers in Access but when I go and load the game nothing is changed….what am I doing wrong or what do I need to do to get the changes in the game
