So I’m running WWE in 2004 & I’ve flooded OVW with a bunch of new signees, and a few guys I just don’t have plans for, the problem I have is that there are a lot of guys that are just sitting there unused, Fergal Devitt for example was unemployed, signed, sent to OVW 3 months ago and hasn’t wrestled once for the 3 months the mod has been running.

So I had an idea, what if I made a third brand, set it to developmental, and gave it a B level TV show; Basically what WWE ended up doing with there ECW revival or what NXT is seemingly becoming.

I’m using TEW2020 and just wondering if this is a good strategy for building up & developing the workers I really care about? Or if it’s better to have them in my true developmental.
