I’ll have to give you my example here
So i have Tetsuya Naito who won the Million Dollar championship from Adam Page who the story is now Naito has barely defended the title in a 94 rated match at Wrestlemania. I want to ideally have them go one on one in an extreme match. maybe a dog collar or something more extreme to show the true blood rivalry. I would like Naito to keep going on whilst Page drops out for someone else
However if needed if Naito gets hurt and i vacate the title. If i kept Naito in the story until he gets back, will his success drop down because he isn’t seen for a while or will it stay the same?
